Every price includes free shipping, the AI-generated 3D model, our review, production in your chosen finish, and delivery to your door.

Your bust will be 3D printed in a PLA-based marble or stone-style filament: a hard, durable material with the look and texture of stone at a fraction of the weight and cost.

Two sizes: the Classic is a 12 cm bust on a 3 cm base — about 15 cm in total, the size of a coffee mug. The Grand is a 15 cm bust on an 8 cm base — about 23 cm in total. The Grand is our maximum size.

Three finishes at launch: White Marble, Stone Grey, and Sandstone Beige. More are on the way, including Black Marble, Terracotta, and Bronze-style finishes.

Yes, always — the Classic includes a 3 cm base and the Grand an 8 cm base. When ordering the Classic, you can upgrade to the large 8 cm base for €5.

Treat it like any indoor keepsake: dust it with a soft, dry cloth. Keep it away from direct sunlight, strong heat, and water — the material is durable, but it is made for indoor display.

Four steps: you upload a clear portrait photo and place your order; AI builds a 3D model of the face, which we review for a true likeness; the bust is printed in your chosen finish and inspected; then it's packed and shipped to your door. You'll get an email at every milestone.

A sharp, well-lit portrait where the face is clearly visible — front-facing or slightly angled, ideally against a plain background. Avoid blurry shots, group photos, heavy shadows, sunglasses, and low-resolution screenshots.

We are sorry, but currently we do not support it — each statue is created from a single face, which is also why group photos don't work. If you want to celebrate a couple, order one bust for each person.

Yes! Dogs, cats and other pets make wonderful busts — send one clear, well-lit photo of your pet, face in focus and looking towards the camera.

We'll contact you before anything is produced and ask for an alternative photo. And if we still can't get it right, you get a full refund.

An AI-generated 3D model of the face is created from your photo and reviewed by us. The bust is then 3D printed layer by layer over several hours in our Lisbon workshop and inspected before shipping.

Standard shipping is free on every order, sent through the national postal carrier across the EU, with a dispatch reference. Please add DHL/DPD courier tracking at checkout for €19.90 for a tracked and fully insured parcel you can follow door to door. If your parcel arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive, please contact us as soon as possible and send photos and proof to open a claim through the proper channels in order to resolve the issue and properly issue a refund.

Usually 5–10 business days from order to doorstep, depending on your country — that includes creating the model, the review, production, and delivery. We'll email you at each step so you always know where your statue is.

Of course — enter their address as the delivery address at checkout and mark the order as a gift. We'll leave the invoice and any price information out of the package, so the surprise stays intact.

We guarantee a quality product: every bust is inspected before shipment to ensure our top standards. Once it's on the road the carrier is responsible for the parcel — so if it arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us with photos and any proof, and we'll make a compensation claim on your behalf and resolve it, including a refund or resending a new order. Yes, but only while your statue has not been processed yet — send us an email at stonifyme@gmail.com as soon as possible and we'll cancel your order and refund you in full. Once production has started, change-of-mind returns are no longer possible: personalized items are exempt from the standard 14-day withdrawal right under EU consumer law.

Payment is processed by Stripe, the same provider used by millions of online shops. We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), plus PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The available options appear automatically at checkout.

It's used only to create your statue. Photos are stored privately, never shared, and never used for anything else — and once your 3D model has been generated, your photo is automatically deleted.

Two kinds. A strictly necessary cookie keeps the site working — your session and basic security — and is always on, as the law allows. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner; they help us see how the site is used so we can improve it. We never sell your data, and declining changes nothing about your order. Payments happen on Stripe's secure checkout, which uses its own cookies to process them.
